- Own the Full Supply Chain Lifecycle – Manage production, fulfillment, logistics, and hub operations to ensure consistent on-time delivery and data integrity across all transaction systems.
- Form and Lead the Supply Chain Team – Recruit, mentor, and develop a new high-performance team encompassing warehouse management, logistics, and production support.
- Drive Process and Data Integrity – Standardize operating procedures for warehouse staff and field technicians to ensure accurate inventory and transaction flow across NetSuite and integrated systems.
- Build a Scalable Infrastructure – Design and implement a supply chain model that supports national growth, leveraging process automation, hub standardization, and vendor alignment.
- Manage Inventory and Tools – Oversee inventory management systems, transaction tracking, and tool utilization to ensure transparency, accountability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Procurement, Demand Planning, and Finance to align material availability, production schedules, and budget targets.
- Contribute as a Strategic Leader – Serve as a key partner in shaping the future of ECAM’s production and fulfillment strategy.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling supply chain infrastructure.
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred); Salesforce exposure a plus.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, and field fulfillment workflows.
- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
- ERP Expertise – Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (preferred), including item management, purchase orders, work orders, and inventory modules.
- Supply Chain Management – Proven ability to manage logistics, warehousing, and production operations at scale.
- Data & Process Discipline – Deep understanding of transaction accuracy, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Experienced team builder who thrives in cross-functional environments, aligning stakeholders from field ops to finance.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset – Strong ability to identify bottlenecks, implement system improvements, and drive operational excellence.
- Analytical Acumen – Ability to interpret complex data sets, create operational dashboards, and use insights to improve outcomes.
