Command Center Operator - 2nd/3rd Shift - (Must be able to work weekends and holidays)
  • 1-year customer service or call center experience required
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Processing high call volume
  • Trouble shooting and problem-solving
  • Independent and dependable work ethic
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate+ computer skills
  • Excellent phone communication
  • Security Experience preferred but not required
Description:
As a Command Center Operator, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls into the dispatch center at our Long Beach office. The position will be responsible for responding to all calls during your shift and determining any additional action required routing to the proper department internally.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor alarm signals and respond
  • Properly document all alarm responses
  • Incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients, employees and vendors
  • Inputting of data into our systems for documentation and follow-up, if necessary
  • Managing client requests
  • Monitoring and updating systems with employee updates
  • Data Entry
  • Other duties as needed
Position requires weekend, holiday and shift work may require overtime. Will assist with obtaining BSIS Alarm Agent License.
